EUR50 million (US$62 million) were invested in this unique shopping and entertainment centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. The design includes 26 Elevators and Escalators.

Bulgaria's first Mall in the heart of the capital, covering a total area of 70 000 sq m. It comprises of 140 stores, restaurants, coffee shops, kids playground and a huge modern hypermarket, 12 multiplex cinema theaters and the only one on the Balkans 3-D IMAX cinema, as well as 5 floors of offices.

The main international investors in the project are Cinema City International N. V. and Aviv Construction and Public Works. Their local partners are KPMG, Colliers International, S Team Bates and M3 Communications Group, Inc.
