The mall is located on a 17-dunam (4.25-acre) lot on a site known as Area 9.

21 ThyssenKrupp escalators and 13 (traction & hydraulic) elevators (installed by Herouth Israel) serve the 131 stores spread over three commercial floors, above which are two office floors. Seven cinemas and a 2,300-sq.m. gym are located on the office floors.

The Givatayim Mall has 22,000-sq.m. of commercial and office space, and 19,000 sq.m. of internal public space. Its total area is 90,000 sq.m. including 1,250 free parking spaces on three underground levels.
